Shampoo the hair, towel dry, and then apply the Bond Builder through the hair. Its pH-balanced formula allows you to skip conditioner - unless your hair wants more.
Why? When you apply the Bond Builder to damp hair after shampooing, the cuticle is open, allowing the formula to penetrate, rebuild bonds, and form a neo-cuticle that protects the hair from external damage.
IN DRY HAIR
