The Color Collection is developed with Ethanolamine in all shades of permanent and sheer collection expect the high lifts. To secure the best result and lift possible we need to use ammonia in this family, ammonia was only used where needed. ​

Ethanolamine gives a more pleasant experience for the hairdresser and the client as it does not have the harsh scent as ammonia-based formulas. Ethanolamine also has less risk of irritation than ammonia formulations.

The development and INCI follows cosmetic regulations, and a safety evaluation is done by competent personnel. ​

We have an adjusted base with tones, meaning that light 2-4 have green as a base to complement the red tones. 5-7 has blue as a base to complement orange and 8-10 level has violet as base to complement yellow tones. ​

Sulphates = A harsher cleansing substances such as SLS, SLES
and ALS.​

PPD = A primary intermediate that can cause allergenic
reactions (p-Phenylenediamine).​

Parabens = Preservative used in cosmetics. Some parabens
are prohibited to use in cosmetics due to their endocrine modifying potential.​

Resorcinol = A coupler that often causes allergic reactions.​

MIT = A cosmetic preservative that can cause allergenic reactions (Methylisothiazolinone).​

PTD = A less allergenic substitute for PPD (Toluene-2,5-Diamine Sulfate). ​

ME+ = A less allergenic substutite for a PPD and PTD.(2-Methoxymethyl-p-Phenylenediamine).

​Ammonia = It opens the cuticle which enables the dye molecules to enter the hair shaft (cortex).

Ethanolamine (MEA) = It opens the cuticle which enables th dye molecules to enter the hair shaft (cortex). Ethanolamine is more gentle towards the hair compared to ammonia.​

Green Algaes = An algae rich in antioxidants and vitamins (B1, B2, B3, B9, Vitamin A, Vitamin E and Vitamin C. It has a tonifying and revitalizing properties on the hair.

Formulated with pre-bonding complex of amino acids, proteins, ​fatty acids and Polyquaternium-22 that protects the hair during ​coloring and reduces breakage up to 41%.

This is based on the bond density BOND DENSITY result + the BREAKAGE, COMBING and CUTICLE EROSION results.​The exact ingredients in the complex are Betaine + Isoamyl Laurate + Polyquaternium-22.

Betaine = An amino acid derivate having natural affinity with hair. ​

Hydrolized Pea Protein = Amino acid composition of pea protein is similar to the keratin one, and it penetrates into damaged hair for a repairing effect, it restores the hairs moisture and revitalizes the strength of the hair. ​

Isoamyl Laurate = A fatty acid ester naturally derived. A conditioning agent alternative to silicones with an antistatic effect. It increases hair shine without any build up effect. ​

Polyquaternium 22 = A superior conditioning agent also for products with extreme pH ranges. Does not affect the hair color mechanisms. Suports soft and silky feel of hair. ​

Innovative Phosphate Ester = Potassium ethylhexyl/isotrideceth-8 phosphate & dipotassium phosphate is an innovate and patented ingredient that boosts more intense color and enhances wash fastness for a long lasting color. Evens out the color form roots to tips. ​

Meadowfoam Seed Oil = A natural oil derived from the seeds of meadowfoam plant. Contains over 98% long-chain fatty acids, and has amazing moisturizing properties to maximize shine to the hair.
